The short version: during an install I work inside your accounts, using your logins. I don’t copy your data out, I don’t keep it, and you can remove my access at any moment without breaking anything that was built.
Only what you connect, and only for as long as the install and follow-up require. That typically means email, calendar, and selected files or folders. You choose what is connected and you can decline any of it.
Outside your own accounts I hold only: your name and contact details, the fact and date of your install, and payment records required for accounting. I do not retain copies of your emails, files, calendar or documents.
The memory and context layer is created inside your accounts and the AI tool you use. It is yours. It is not stored on my systems and is not shared with any other client.
The system runs on third-party AI services. Which one depends on what fits your work. I configure business-tier accounts whose terms exclude your content from model training, and I will show you that setting during the install. Those providers process data under their own terms, which I will name for you before anything is connected.
You can revoke my access from your own account settings at any time, without notice and without explanation. Everything built during the install continues to work after you do.
Email rooks@paingwin.com and I will delete the contact and install records I hold, other than what accounting law requires me to keep. I will confirm within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase the personal data I hold about you, and to object to its processing. Write to the address above and I will action it.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Booking is handled by Calendly, which sets its own. See their privacy policy.
